When you purchase the Calico Spanish Stories bundles, you are covered under our 30-day money back guarantee. We want you to use resources that work well for you and your students, and if you are not satisfied with our program for any reason, you can return the program in resalable condition for a full refund of your purchase price minus any shipping charges. Products covered by our 30-day money back guarantee include the Stories Supplemental Bundles. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are ordering internationally, we strongly recommend you use our free sample lessons to determine whether the program is a fit for you because, again, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you return any materials, we transmit the appropriate refund to your credit card issuer, or if you paid via check, we will mail the refund check to you usually within 5 business days of receiving your returned products. Refunds will be adjusted based on the resale quality of returned goods.

Note: Due to credit card agency policies, we are unable to grant requests to process credit card refunds to new or different sources; for instance, we cannot apply credit to a different card from the one you used when you placed your order.

International customers: Duties and Taxes

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost (nor in the free shipping offers.) If you refuse to pay duties and taxes and the package is returned to us, you will not receive a refund for your shipping costs and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
